Welcome to Faxit ("Faxit", "we", "us", or "our"), available at https://faxit.app. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and fax transmission services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using Faxit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Faxit provides an online platform that allows users to send faxes electronically using internet-based infrastructure. The Service is a send-only fax service and does not provide inbound fax reception or dedicated fax numbers.
Faxit offers the following usage options:
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding legal contract to use the Service. By using Faxit, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You agree that you will not use the Service to:
You are solely responsible for the content of all faxes you send using the Service.
Non-subscribers may send individual faxes for a flat fee per fax. The per-fax fee covers up to 30 pages. Multi-page faxes exceeding the 30-page limit will not be accepted for single-fax payment.
Subscribers are billed $8.99 per month for up to 200 faxes. The subscription renews automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of your current billing period.
Faxit reserves the right to modify pricing, page limits, or free page offers at any time. Changes will not affect faxes already submitted or subscriptions already paid for the current billing cycle.
Faxit does not guarantee the successful transmission of any fax. Delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, including recipient fax machines, carrier issues, or network failures.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
All content, software, and branding associated with Faxit are the property of Faxit or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faxit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Faxit from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which Faxit operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
